Returns & Refunds

 

We at Inkmar strive our best to supply good Products & Services, But if you are unhappy with your products, you can return them accordingly with our return policy describe below.

  • Receiving Damaged/Defective Product
  1. If you receive a damaged/defective product or product that does not match with your specification as per your order, please mail us your order detail along with supporting photograph of same within 24 hrs of delivery
  2. Once we receive your complaint, We shall check for authenticity and  nature of the complaint
  3. Returns Policy: In order to return/refund, please comply with below points:
  • Customization is different from design submitted
  • Material is damaged for which photograph and other details should be emailed within 24 hrs, Failing to do within 24 hrs, we shall not be liable to replace product
  • For Bulk Orders, if Customization is below reasonable acceptance for more than 10% of total order, We shall replace only those products than total ordered products
  • Products shouldn't be used
  • Once photograph and other details are emailed, we shall validate the same and if indicates complaint is valid, we will arrange for pick up of damaged,defective products through our own logistics partner
  • if we are unable to arrange pick up, we shall notify you to dispatch the product using good courier in your area within 1 day of receipt of such notification, courier charges will be reimbursed upon prior consultation with us

4. If a product(s) returned is duly accepted by us, in our sole     discretion, we will either replace the product or refund the value of returned product paid while ordering by you

5. All such refunds will be processed based on mode of payment and either we or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly to your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Refund will be subjected to the following terms
  •  Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-15 working days through an online account or via cheque, COD payments will be refunded via cheque.

6. Cancellation

  • You may cancel the order of Shop (Stock) products until the actual date of despatch without any reason
  • You may cancel the customize products before it has been customized as per your requirements while placing order online
  • Procedure to cancel: To cancel an order, a customer has to send mail and call us along with order number and information. If its shop ( stock) products we shall process for cancellation order and inform you same within 3-5 working days and refund will be made within 3-5 working days from date of process of cancellation.
